To ensure your satisfaction with our products, we go to great lengths by offering you risk free evaluation version of all of our software components. We highly recommend you to try our software before you purchase and we are willing to provide technical support totally free even before you buy.

If you are unhappy with the performance of our components or you have some unanswered questions or you need some feature that is not already available, we strongly encourage you to contact our technical team and give a chance to our developers to fulfill your needs or provide you workarounds. Although it is not always possible for us to add every feature, please never hesitate to ask us. We are constantly improving our components and adding new features every day, we will let you know as soon as they are available.

That being said, if you are still not entirely satisfied with your purchase and the issue cannot be resolved through support, you can return it within 14 days of the order date, provided you confirm that the product has been deleted or removed from all your systems and that any backup copies have also been destroyed.

Please contact our sales team with your Order ID to initiate the refund process. Once, the refund is issued, we will revoke the license originally issued to you.
